| 内容記述 | 家庭復帰後も介護を必要とする患者について介護負担度を測定する為にアンケート調査を行った。対象は自宅にて介護を受けている脳卒中群46例, 脊髄損傷群51例である。その結果 (1)脊髄損傷群では3段階の主観的介護負担度群間でBarthel Index得点にそれぞれ有意差が見られた。(2)脳卒中群ではBarthel Indexに他の追加因子(意欲, 痴呆, 介護充足度, 慢性疾患の有無)を加えた試作評価表の得点結果が主観的な介護負担度をよく反映するものとなり, この評価表の有用性を示唆した。 In order to evaluate the degree of the burden on care for the patients who need care after discharge from hospital, we sent questionnaires. The subjects consisted of 46 CVA patients and 51 spinal cord injury patients who need care at home. The results are: 1) In case of spinal cord injury group, there are significant differences between three graded subjective degrees of the burden on care and each Barthel Index points. 2) In case of CVA group, as the points of our trial evaluation method which includes BIS and the other factors, such as the degree of patient's volition and demention, the degree of the care sufficiency and the existence of chronic diseases, well reflect the subjective degree of the burden on care, it suggests the availability of our method. |
