The communication model based on the message theory shows that the message positivity and negativity, and the personal message receiving/sending characteristics affect the variances of human\nrelationships and their mental health. We have investigated the behaviors of human relationships and the effects of the message receiving/sending characteristics using the prototype of organization simulator.
