A delegation of 3 students, 2 faculty members from Tsukuba College of Technology visited Tianjin Technical College for the Deaf of Tianjin University of Technology in China in the fall of 2001 with a delegation from NTID in the United States as the first PEN-lnternational Ambassador of Goodwill Program. Visiting China was the first experience for most of the members from Japan and the United States. This paper describes how the TCT members conducted this program and what the students gained from the cultural events, visiting classes and discussions with their colleagues.The original papers were written in Japanese and were translated by a Japanese staff at PEN-lnternational in America.},
